ws888 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active ws888 account. 6.3 No Illegal Funds

ws888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, subject to individual promotional terms and the general bonus conditions set out herein. All bonuses offered by ws888 are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions that are specified in the respective promotional terms.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Funds credited to your ws888 account may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotional terms. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited along with any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, ws888 may void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, close the player's account, and recover any funds already withdrawn as a result of the abuse.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ws888 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from ws888:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with ws888 games or betting markets without express written permission from ws888.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or promotional outcomes.
• Using the ws888 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ws888 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ws888 content without the express prior written consent of ws888.

The ws888 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are registered trademarks of ws888. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product, service, or business is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ws888 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the ws888 platform, including:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where ws888 has acted in good faith.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of ws888 services due to technical failures, maintenance, or Force Majeure events.
• Any loss of winnings due to demonstrable software errors, which ws888 will void in accordance with Section 9.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or data displayed on the ws888 platform that contains typographical or calculation errors.
• Any damage to your device, software, or data arising from use of the ws888 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ws888's liability for death or personal injury caused by ws888's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damage, ws888's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by that law.

ws888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all of its products and services. ws888 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to every registered player at no cost, accessible directly from the account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ws888 accounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration alerts and hard cut-offs to help manage time spent on the ws888 platform.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the player is accessing ws888 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Regulatory instruction from a competent authority requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of standard withdrawal processing, provided no outstanding investigations are pending.
